Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and solution-focused individual with experience in accounts payable? Do you want to work in a dynamic and growing company? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking an accounts payable specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct handling of accounts payable, including coding, payments, and reconciliations. You will be an essential part of our client's finance department and contribute to maintaining efficient processes and good relationships with suppliers.

This is a full-time consulting assignment during the day for at least 12 months. Start date to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities

• Book supplier invoices according to the chart of accounts.
• Ensure quick and accurate distribution of incoming invoices.
• Bank and account reconciliations.
• Develop processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Norrbotten and other locations in Sweden.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience in accounts payable from the Swedish job market.
• Experience with system implementation.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience working with financial systems.
