About the Position

We are currently looking for an experienced project manager to join our wonderful team in Västberga, Stockholm, where we are about 25 employees.

We are looking for someone who wants significant responsibility and variety in their tasks. As a project manager, you will have technical and financial responsibility for your projects and will manage communication with clients, contractors, and employees. You will also ensure that your projects comply with standards for quality, environmental, safety, and security issues.

In your role, you will ensure that both financial and product-related goals are achieved. You will be responsible for the project budgets, timely forecasts, and continuous project follow-up. You will receive good support from the business unit's controller in forecasting and project result summaries. You will manage the project from start to finish and maintain close communication with the installers and the client. There are several other project managers and an administrator in the office who support invoicing and other important aspects related to our projects.

Competence Profile

To be successful in this role, we prefer that you have several years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry. You should have a comprehensive understanding of project economics and what creates profitability in projects. We are looking for an engaged and responsible person with a structured working method who easily builds good relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues. You complete your commitments and are accustomed to making independent decisions in your daily work. We also expect you to be results-oriented and driven by business.

Good knowledge of electrical installation/electrical engineering and construction law is required for this role. We believe you may have a background as an electrician or a solid education in electrical engineering. A relevant post-secondary education and experience in leading larger projects in construction are advantageous for this role.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driving license (B) is required.
