Bålsta Småstadsutveckling AB is planning to construct multi-family houses in Bålsta on a shared contract basis and needs a project manager with experience in similar projects. The work involves, among other things, responsibility for scheduling, design, budgeting, and quality assurance for the project.

The work also consists of project management with planning; planning and project management for local adaptations, maintenance, and renovation projects for management properties, as well as project management tasks for other planned and ongoing construction projects within the group.

Bålsta Småstadsutveckling AB is an operational company within a group that manages and develops properties primarily in Bålsta but also along the E18 in neighboring municipalities such as Upplands Bro and Enköping. The company operates solely in its own capacity (with its own properties) and continuously works with planning, design, and implementation.
