Sh is looking for a Construction Engineer for our construction operations in Uppsala

Sh bygg, stone and construction has been around for over 100 years and is one of Sweden's oldest family-owned contracting companies in construction and civil engineering. Who are you? To thrive in this role, you need to be someone who is used to taking your own initiatives and has a businesslike, meticulous, and structured way of working.

Responsibilities As a Construction Engineer, you have a coordinating role throughout the project and you work with:

• Bidding work – tender documents, bid collection
• Planning – production budget, purchasing plan, account plan, schedule
• Purchasing – bid evaluation, delivery plan
• Production – invoicing, deviation management, reconciliation of payment plans
• Forecasting – ongoing cost reconciliation
• Project closure - documentation and final settlement

What can you do? We are looking for someone with extensive work experience in the construction sector and who is used to working on larger complex contracts with many involved parties.

We also want you to meet the following requirements for the position:

• Driver's license B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Post-secondary education in construction
• Training in construction law
• Training in occupational health, quality, and environment
