ABOUT AVLO:

We design, build, and maintain small-scale facilities for wastewater treatment, commonly referred to as individual sewage systems. We are authorized partners of Biokube and FANN.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible excavator operator who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You are expected to communicate easily with our customers during the work process so that they feel confident that you are solving their problems. You must be able to handle a laser level, understand blueprints, and otherwise be a good coordinator and planner.

YOUR MISSION:

You will primarily excavate and install treatment plants and sedimentation tanks, including pipe laying, cable trenches, simpler electrical installations (no certification required), polishing, pump pits, etc.

Work outside the machine is as important as operating it; physical ability to work in the pit with pipe connections and a shovel is required.

Your ongoing work also includes basic machine maintenance and keeping a log of your work. During the winter months, other tasks may occur, such as service and supervision of our customers' treatment plants.

The job entails significant responsibility but also much freedom and great development opportunities in a rapidly growing organization. We care deeply about customer satisfaction, and you will be an important ambassador for the company.

YOUR WORKING HOURS

We usually work between 7 AM and 4 PM, but you have the flexibility to choose your own working hours as long as you perform your tasks well and it does not affect our customers or your colleagues.

LOCATION:

Your work area will be the entire Mälardalen region. You will usually start from home, but you will also make some stops in Enköping where we have both an office and a warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Vocational certificate for excavator or equivalent knowledge level
• Driving license B

PREFERABLE:

• Driving license BE
• Driving license C
• Knowledge of computers and apps

Extent: Full-time.

Employment: Permanent, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
