We offer a developing job with many personal meetings and varied workdays. Our focus is on good working conditions and patient safety. We have a shared care queue and together with rehabilitation colleagues, incoming care needs are managed and prioritized. The work is structured yet free. We operate on the principle of equal care regardless of living conditions or geographical area and work collectively with incoming cases. Cases are handled based on priority, competence, and capacity.

Job Responsibilities
The assignment includes responsibility for:

- Municipal rehabilitation; assessments, prescriptions, fittings based on the prescription process. The patient has a significant involvement in the goals of our interventions.

- Interprofessional collaboration based on the needs of the current patient case.

- Leading in your profession. We work a lot through the nursing staff whom you lead, support, and motivate with your knowledge.

Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is required. In this role, you must have a B driver's license (manual transmission) as the job involves home visits throughout Karlshamn municipality.
Experience in the profession and from municipal rehabilitation, as well as from other healthcare providers, is advantageous. Personal suitability will also be considered.

Information about the Position
- Permanent employment, 100% full-time, the position is covered by a flexible working hours agreement
- We are a unit currently distributed across two different office locations geographically.
- Start date by agreement
