What the Role Offers

As a project purchaser at Tomal, you will be part of a forward-thinking team working with innovative technical solutions for dosing systems. Here, you will be responsible for managing project-specific purchases, from receiving and interpreting needs files from project engineers to creating orders and ensuring timely deliveries.

Your main tasks include:

Placing orders with suppliers
Registration and management of project-specific items in the ERP system Pyramid
Collaboration with project engineers and other internal parties to ensure the right materials for various projects
Actively contributing to the ongoing development of our purchasing and inventory processes

You will work closely with our warehouse manager and have your workplace adjacent to the warehouse, where both goods reception and production interact. The role reports to the purchasing manager and gives you the opportunity to be involved in our continued development journey.

You will work full-time during office hours, with the possibility of flexibility, based in Tomal's premises in Vessigebro.

For this position, you will be employed by Effektiv and hired as a consultant for assignments at Tomal for a duration of approximately 1 year. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension and/or takeover.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing, orders, or project purchasing, preferably within a technical or industrial environment, which has given you a good technical understanding.

You are accustomed to working in the ERP system Pyramid or other relevant purchasing or business systems, and have good knowledge of Excel. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in inventory management and/or purchasing work related to components with associated specifications.

As a person, we believe you are structured and meticulous with an ability to prioritize in a varied workday. Furthermore, you are communicative, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
