Welcome to us

Kampementet is a care and nursing home with 96 apartments.

Three departments are for residents with diagnosed dementia and three departments are for those who, for physical reasons, need care and assistance around the clock. Kampementet is a residence in the inner city of Stockholm at Gärdet. A central nursing home with green areas around the corner.

Your role

As a nursing assistant, you will provide good care, social services, and support to the elderly according to decisions made by the assistance officer. You should be able to document in social documentation and follow the routines and regulations that exist at the workplace. You will need to be able to work day/evening and weekend shifts.

Your competence and experience

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You must be a trained nursing assistant.
• Experience with documentation.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and good references. You should be service-oriented, flexible, and attentive to the needs of care recipients. You need to be engaged, good at communicating with residents, colleagues, and relatives, and have the ability to create a holistic view of different needs within the operation to solve various situations that may arise. You have empathy in your interactions with others and a genuine interest in working in the profession. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and good references.

To work with the elderly in their homes in Stockholm, you must provide an extract from the criminal record register. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue. The City of Stockholm works with competence-based recruitment aimed at recognizing each person's competence and thus counteracting discrimination.
