FAST FACTS
Scope: Full-time, 40h/week. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:45-17:00. Fridays 07:45-15:30. Location: Central Stockholm Start date: Desired start date immediately Employment type: Fixed-term employment. You will be a consultant through Inte Bara Post Bemanning but will work on-site with the client. This is a long-term consulting assignment.

YOUR ROLE
Muntra is set to expand into Denmark by summer and is now looking for a new addition to the customer success team in Stockholm. As a customer success specialist, you work to provide Muntra's customers, i.e., dental clinics, with the best experience. You have daily contact with the company's customers and handle issues related to Muntra's digital platform. You primarily work with existing customers and focus on building good relationships with them. Contact with the clinics occurs via chat, email, and phone. The role also includes training and onboarding customers in Muntra's system. Therefore, travel is required in this position.
You will start your journey at Muntra by onboarding in products, systems, and customers. You will begin working towards the Swedish market until the launch in Denmark.

You must meet the following requirements:
- Previous work experience in a similar or equivalent role such as customer success, customer care in a B2B company, or sales.
- Fluent in Swedish, English, and Danish, both spoken and written.
- Good computer and system skills.
