MäklarOfferter is Sweden's largest intermediary of property sales to the real estate industry, and we are now looking for a KAM who will be responsible for managing an already strong customer base while actively onboarding new real estate agents to our service.

About the role:
As a Key Account Manager at MäklarOfferter, you will be responsible for both relationship-building sales and the development of new business. You will work with Sweden's most prominent real estate agents and ensure they get the maximum benefit from our service while onboarding new real estate firms to the platform.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Relationship-building sales
- Work systematically and contact both existing customers for upselling and follow-up, as well as approach agents who are not yet connected to our service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Actively work with existing agents to ensure they are satisfied and that their needs are met, including assisting them with administrative tasks such as updating their presentations and collecting customer reviews.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with documented good results.
- An immense drive and a passion for sales.
- Comfortable with larger deals in the range of 100,000 – 1,000,000 SEK.
- A winner's mindset who loves to compete, exceed goals, and deliver at a high level.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious (NOT REQUIRED):
- It is an advantage if you have worked as a real estate agent and have used MäklarOfferter to secure sales.
