**Your responsibilities:**

As a meeting coordinator with us, you will play a central role in our sales process. Your main responsibilities include:

- Contacting potential customers via phone and email to schedule meetings.
- Identifying and understanding customer needs and challenges.
- Collaborating with our sales team to ensure meetings are well-prepared and that the customer has a positive experience.
- Following up on completed meetings and keeping in touch with potential customers.

**We are looking for someone who:**

- Has experience in telemarketing, meeting booking, or as a meeting coordinator.
- Is goal-oriented and driven to achieve set targets.
- Has good communication skills and is adept at building relationships.
- Is independent, structured, and has a positive attitude.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
