The Primary Care Area West includes the municipalities of Kramfors and Sollefteå and, together with the northern and southern primary care areas, forms the region's organization to provide the care that residents often need. The Primary Care Area West has a hospital, five region-operated health centers, and Lifestyle Medicine Österåsen. In Sollefteå municipality, there are two health centers operated by Region Västernorrland: Health Center Sollefteå and Health Center Västra (Ramsele and Junsele).

We are now looking for a district nurse/nurse to join us at the Health Center Ramsele/Junsele! Our team consists of doctors, nursing assistants, district nurses, social workers, and physiotherapists, all working together as a team. As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will join a secure and stable group with extensive experience. We can also offer both flexible hours and wellness grants.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will work with:

• Independent reception work with your own patients
• Telephone counseling via TeleQ
• Work with both planned and acute visits
• Documentation in the Cosmic journal system

Additional Information

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a qualified district nurse/nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care
• Have previous experience working in a health center
