Your New Job

Working in home care means that you perform care and support work as well as service tasks in the client's home based on the care plan.

If you are a trained care assistant, you will also become a permanent care contact. In your role, social documentation and communication with citizens, colleagues, and relatives are central to the work. We always work based on the client's needs and wishes with a dignified and professional approach characterized by respect, trust, and care, which is the foundation of our operations.

Your Qualifications

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant. Longer work experience in elderly care may compensate for the educational requirement. Experience with the target group of mental disabilities and substance abuse issues is highly meritorious for the position. A requirement for the job is that you should be able to cycle and have a B driver's license.

You must master Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension since a central part of the job is to communicate with citizens and relatives, as well as to write documentation and read information related to the work.

We are looking for a secure and stable person with personal maturity and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. You are self-driven and flexible, which allows you to adapt to different circumstances and take your own initiatives. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.

Welcome to Us

Rosenlund Home Care will consist of about 20 employees, and we cover the areas of Rosenlund and parts of Ekhagen. We cycle and drive between our clients.

Good to Know

The recruitment concerns a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. Ongoing selection and interviews will be applied.
