The Role of the Dietitian

We are currently seeking a licensed dietitian for the rehabilitation center in Värnamo who wants to become part of our dietitian group for a period of time. Together, we are a central resource in both inpatient and outpatient care in the region. We meet our patients both at the hospital and digitally. This means that the location can be somewhat adapted to your preferences. We match our respective specialist competencies with the needs of our patients in surgical and medical care, women's health care, and intensive care.

The position requires you to be present in Värnamo, but there is an opportunity for some remote work where we have an established structure for remote work. The position is a full-time temporary position, starting as soon as possible by agreement and currently extending until the end of September 2025.

Your Future Workplace

The rehabilitation center is a regional clinic that delivers specialized rehabilitation throughout the county. The operations are primarily centered at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö, Ryhov County Hospital in Jönköping, and Värnamo Hospital, with a total of about 300 employees in the clinic.

Your Profile

We are looking for a licensed dietitian. Experience with digital patient work is an advantage.

In your daily work, you will be part of interdisciplinary teams around the patient - both with other rehabilitation staff and with doctors and nurses. You will also work in our outpatient care, where you independently assess, treat, and follow up with patients either individually, in groups, or digitally depending on what suits best. You represent an important resource in your consultative function towards nurses and doctors in primary care. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that good and close care can be provided at home for more patients.
