Customer Service Representative at Söderhamn Nära AB
Söderhamn Nära AB, with its subsidiary Söderhamn Elnät AB, is a municipally owned infrastructure company. We currently have about 125 employees and work in areas such as combined heat and power, waste management, electricity networks, city networks, IT operations, and water and sewage. The operations are run in a joint organization to create coordination advantages and business benefits for owners, customers, and residents.

Job Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at Söderhamn Nära, you will professionally guide customers regarding their products and services.
The role requires a solution-oriented focus as you will collaborate with other departments within the company to find the best solution for the customer's issue. Your task is to provide the best possible service with a customer focus!
Some examples of job responsibilities include:
- Customer support inquiries via phone, email, and customer visits
- Administrative tasks such as customer inquiries and invoice questions
- Handling internal and external mail as well as record-keeping
- Creating and distributing customer cases in our case management system
- Contributing to increased customer understanding of Söderhamn Nära and offering value-added services to both new and existing customers
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a completed high school education and experience in customer service or service where you are accustomed to many customer contacts.
You have good administrative and communicative skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.
We would prefer if you have previous experience with a case management system. As a person, you enjoy working in a team while also being able to perform your tasks independently. You carry out your tasks in a structured manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with new areas. You have good communication skills in both written and spoken language.
We place great importance on your personality and see that you are service-oriented, communicative, and flexible in different situations.
You can speak and write fluently in Swedish. We prefer that you are 18 years or older.
Conditions
A fixed-term assignment as a customer service representative during the summer of 2025. Selection and interviews for the position will be ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible. Fixed-term employment during the period from June 16 to August 8. Working hours are daytime Monday - Friday.
