About the job as Responsible Pharmacist at Apotek Hjärtat

As the Responsible Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our pharmacy complies with applicable laws and regulations for medication management. You will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care, as well as be responsible for driving and developing the pharmacy's quality work. In this role, you will contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for medication management and ensuring that the pharmacy complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Coaching and training colleagues in pharmacy and medication management
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the pharmacy's quality work.
• Working closely with quality specialists, regional managers, and other key personnel to optimize pharmacy operations
• Participating in and driving projects aimed at improving customer experience and pharmacy efficiency.

For me as a manager, it is important that everyone works as a team where everyone takes responsibility, helps, and supports each other. At the pharmacy, we focus on the customer, are passionate about customer interactions, and always go the extra mile for the customer's health and well-being. Our customers are primarily regulars living in the area and working nearby the pharmacy. Customers appreciate our generous opening hours on weekdays 10-19, Saturdays 10-17, and Sundays 11-17. The pharmacy handles all kinds of matters such as APL orders, licenses, dose deliveries, and even animal prescriptions.

By public transport, you can get from Stockholm Central to the pharmacy in Enebyängen in 30 minutes. If you drive, there is free parking available outside the pharmacy.

The position is a permanent employment as a pharmacist, full-time or as agreed. A probationary period may apply. The start date for the position is according to agreement.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with several years of experience in pharmacy and medication management. You have a strong ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and customers, and you are committed to constantly improving the pharmacy's operations. You recognize yourself in the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for managing the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
