Since its inception in 2004, ECIT Solutions has helped thousands of companies and their users with the operation, maintenance, support, management, and development of their IT environments. With the right tools, we have been able to protect, manage, and develop companies' most valuable data. We already have a customer base in Gothenburg and now want to expand throughout Västra Götaland County with your help.
In the role of field salesperson in IT, it is about understanding our potential customers' businesses to offer services and products that truly make a difference. You help our customers navigate today's IT challenges and guide them towards future solutions. We also see that you actively work to increase awareness of ECIT Solutions and further develop the relationship with the customer's decision-makers.
We see that you are quick-witted in the customer environment to deliver the best possible results. Since customer focus is a guiding principle in your daily life, you are eager to exceed our customers' expectations.
You are comfortable in negotiations and take responsibility for your areas. You have previous experience and are used to working independently, spreading a good atmosphere, and being trustworthy and inspiring as a person.
We believe that you possess a strong self-drive, have a genuine interest in the IT market, and want to achieve long-term and profitable partnerships with our customers today and in the future.
In this position, you will be part of a sales team where you report to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Documented 1-3 years of experience in new customer acquisition to drive business in B2B, preferably within the IT sector.
- The ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions and act as a bridge between business value, IT security, and technology.
- Aptitude for expressing yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
- A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel is involved.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of the components that make up an IT environment (both physical and cloud-based) and an understanding of the roles of the various components in the IT environment.
