Bilsmidigt Talent Program – Your path to becoming a car salesperson or car buyer at one of Sweden's largest online car dealers

What does the talent program entail?

The program lasts for 2–5 months, depending on your pace of development. During this period, you will gain practical experience in several areas of the business to understand how we work and how you can succeed in a role as a salesperson or buyer.

Examples of tasks during the program:

• Logistics and delivery – work as a driver and participate in car pickups and home deliveries.

• Test protocols and quality control – learn to inspect and document cars before sale.

• Advertising and business systems – specify equipment and create professional ads.

• Spare parts, repairs, and tire management – understand basic workshop work and our collaborations with external workshops.

• Car washing and detailing – ensure that the cars are of the highest quality before sale.

• Showroom host – responsible for keeping the car lot presentable and assisting customers and the sales team.

• Introduction to our sales and purchasing process – from lead management and price negotiation to customer contact and closing deals.

Your path to a career in sales or purchasing

Throughout the program, you will be continuously evaluated and receive feedback to ensure your development. For those who show drive, commitment, and perseverance, the program will lead to a role as:

• Car Salesperson – help customers find the right car, create quotes, and close deals.

• Car Buyer – analyze the market, evaluate cars, and negotiate purchases from individuals and companies.

If you do not meet the requirements during the program, unfortunately, you will not be able to continue in either role.
