Are you our new special educator at Guteskolan?

For the autumn term 2025, we are looking for a special educator, 50% for Guteskolan's primary school activities, with part of the position also being at the preschools. The position may be extended to 100% depending on qualifications.

As a special educator, you will be part of the primary school's student health team and support teachers in developing action plans. The special educator helps facilitate learning in school for students who need special support. It is also beneficial if you have expertise in educational aids.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed special educator in primary school.

As a person, we seek someone who is flexible and has an easy time collaborating. You are good at communicating and can inspire both students and colleagues. We want you to enjoy working both independently and in teams.

To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy working with young people and be engaged in their school experience and education. We see that you have a good ability to meet each student based on different conditions and needs. You need to be structured and clear while also being attentive.

Much of the work is done together with colleagues, so collaboration and sharing experiences will be an important part of the daily job.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

About Guteskolan

Guteskolan is an independent primary school within Guteskolan AB. We started in 2007. Guteskolan AB currently has about 350 students in primary school, 230 students at the high school level, and 150 children in preschool.

Any profit that Guteskolan AB makes is fully reinvested in the operations.

The atmosphere and mood at the school are relaxed and pleasant, which is one of the reasons why the relationship between teachers and students is so good.

Guteskolan's primary school has movement and health as its profile and invests extra in reading at all stages. All students are offered breakfast and have extra movement every day. Scheduling is done in blocks, which means longer lesson periods in each subject.

A probationary period of 6 months applies.
