Do you have knowledge and experience working with clients who have NPF diagnoses, primarily autism, behavioral issues, anxiety disorders, and verbal outbursts? Then you might be the star we are looking for!

We are currently seeking both temporary substitutes and permanent positions as long as the assignment lasts!

The client we are looking for assistants for is active and in many ways very functional. They have a well-developed vocabulary. They are studying at university and have many projects underway. The client lives in their own apartment in Nacka, and as an assistant, you will work day shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

You need to be grounded in yourself and be confident that what the client says when they are upset is not personal but a part of their diagnosis and is situation-triggered.

The work involves manual transfers, transfers with a lift, and the use of a Turner.

The assignment consists of regular assistance tasks as well as supporting the client at the workplace and in their studies (not studies on-site at the university).
