Here you have the opportunity to work as a personal assistant in a meaningful and developing assignment. The job involves varying working hours, mainly afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as well as daytime during school holidays. We apply a fixed schedule, where all shifts are planned well in advance based on the client's needs - providing both you as an assistant and us with a clear overview and predictability.

We are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, and humble, with a genuine interest in helping others and creating opportunities. A big heart and a "doer". You should be meticulous and have a positive and flexible attitude, where humor and joy of life are important ingredients. If you feel that you possess these qualities, this is a position for you!

About the job: As an assistant, you will be an important part of enabling me, an 18-year-old girl, to live as independently and actively as possible despite my extensive disabilities. Your role is to support me in my daily life from communicating, moving, eating, hygiene, while also enabling me to have an active and fun leisure time where I meet my friends, exercise, engage in activities, or just relax at home.

I am your workplace, and you support me where I am: at leisure activities, in the city, at school, while traveling, or at home. A long-term commitment and a willingness to contribute to my development are of great importance.

Experience and personal qualities: Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and personal qualities. Good physical fitness and being smoke-free are desirable, as well as the ability to work and communicate well with both me and my surroundings, which is fundamental to the job.

Employment form: The position is a temporary employment of about 50%, with the possibility of extension in the future if desired by both parties. Start date is immediate, and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team.
