We are now looking for a personal assistant for an 18-year-old girl!

Here you have a chance to work as a personal assistant in a meaningful and developing role. The job involves varying working hours, mainly afternoons, evenings, and weekends, as well as daytime during school holidays. We apply a fixed schedule, where all shifts are planned well in advance based on the client's needs - which provides both you as an assistant and us with a clear overview and predictability.

About the job: As an assistant, you will be an important part of giving me, an 18-year-old girl, the opportunity to live as independently and actively as possible despite my extensive disabilities. Your role is to support me in my daily life, from communicating, moving, eating, hygiene, while enabling me to have an active and fun leisure time where I meet my friends, exercise, engage in activities, or just relax at home.

I am your workplace, and you support me wherever I am: at leisure activities, in town, at school, traveling, or at home. A long-term commitment and a willingness to contribute to my development are of great importance.

Experience and personal qualities: Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and personal qualities. Good physical condition and being smoke-free are desirable, as well as the ability to work and communicate well with both me and my surroundings, which is fundamental to the job.

Employment form: The position is a temporary employment of about 50%, with the possibility of extension in the future if desired by both parties. Start date is immediate, and we look forward to welcoming you as part of our team.
