We are now looking for a Shift Leader for our site in Lindesberg!

In the role of Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing to the ongoing change, efficiency, and modernization efforts within the unit. About the role

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading and driving the work for your group. You will have around 15 employees under your full personnel responsibility. You will be part of the production management team and report to the Acting Production/Logistics Manager. The shift pattern is 2-shift (morning and afternoon).

Safety is always the highest priority, and as a production leader, you have the responsibility for the work environment for the operations and resources belonging to the production section.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks:

- Leadership – employee conversations, salary discussions, rehabilitation, work environment, etc.

- Drive efficiency and productivity improvements and optimize resource utilization

- Goal and key performance indicator monitoring

- Lead daily management

- Participate in internal audits

- Contribute to the development of cross-functional collaboration

Our candidate

We are looking for someone with documented good leadership experience from a similar role in process or other manufacturing industries. Education in leadership is an advantage.

As a leader, you are coaching and believe in involving and motivating employees while having the courage to question established behaviors and make decisions. Through initiative, strong drive, and execution ability, you find new ways to achieve optimal results.
