Job Description

Do you want to be part of our employed consultants who get to work on assignments with interesting companies and deepen your skills in administration and case management?

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a case officer who will primarily work in a case management system with everything from entering, reviewing, investigating, and following up on cases. You will also work on analyzing and evaluating various projects and working methods. This is partly a social service as you will have contact with colleagues across different departments and also receive visitors at the reception and check their access. The work may also involve other administrative tasks and office services.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum completed high school education 
  • Experience from working with similar tasks
  • Familiarity with navigating in case management systems and the Office suite
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish and English
