Your Responsibilities
We offer a stimulating and varied job. The tasks include several areas such as coordination, planning, staffing, and administration.
In the role of Team Coordinator, you are an important support for the unit manager and a key partner in collaboration with nursing assistants, care assistants, and support staff regarding planning and organizing daily schedules for clients. Your main priority is to ensure effective planning that aligns with the clients' approved interventions, with a particular focus on both economic and health aspects. You are also responsible for supporting the unit manager and staff in the work with employment and eligibility administration, purchasing, training, meetings, follow-ups, and development work.
You have contact and collaboration areas both within and outside your own organization, including colleagues, clients, relatives, home care, and assistance and fee administrators. It is important that you feel comfortable speaking in front of a group.
We are looking for someone who
Is a trained nursing assistant or has other relevant education that the employer assesses as equivalent. It is an advantage if you also have other education in areas such as administration, IT, or logistics. Previous experience in home care, staffing, and scheduling is a plus.
We prefer that you have good computer skills and it is positive if you have knowledge of the Office suite. A driving license for a car is a requirement for the position.
It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Since we work in teams, it is important that you find it easy to collaborate and that you are a communicative person who both listens actively and adapts your way of communicating to the situation. Finally, you have good pedagogical skills and an understanding of people's different conditions for absorbing knowledge.
