ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for an administrator who can start immediately at the client’s location in Söderhamn. This is a temporary assignment that initially runs until the end of April.

You will be offered

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks may include everything within administration, but a selection of these are:

• Provide operational support for the organization
• Draft letters, minutes, documentation, etc.
• Assist managers and colleagues in departments
• Register powers of attorney and verify against attachments that the correct person has signed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has at least completed high school
• Has at least one year of work experience in administrative work
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite.
