Service-oriented Administrator Needed for Consulting Assignment in Gävle

We are currently looking for a service-oriented administrator for a consulting assignment via Manpower in Gävle! The assignment involves supporting the agency's internal services through administrative tasks, case management, and office services. The agency works to streamline and coordinate administrative services for approximately 170 other agencies and plays an important role in the state administration.

About the Position

As an administrator within internal services, you will play a central role in ensuring a well-functioning work environment at the agency. The tasks are varied and require accuracy, good organizational skills, and a service-oriented attitude.

In the role of administrator, you will:

• Independently manage cases according to guidelines and practices
• Prepare decision-making documents and other proposals
• Plan, follow up, and investigate cases
• Make decisions on simpler cases
• Analyze and evaluate tasks and projects
• Coordinate and investigate work processes
• Handle office services, mail and package handling, and reception
• Administer fault reports and report to property managers

Requirements for the Position

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• ✅ Experience in administrative tasks and case management
• ✅ Ability to work independently and in a structured manner according to guidelines
• ✅ Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• ✅ Experience in office services, mail handling, and reception is an advantage
• ✅ Good computer skills and knowledge of administrative systems
• ✅ Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, at a professional level

Desirable Qualifications

• ✅ Experience working with the case management system ServiceNow
• ✅ Experience in invoice management

Scope and Placement

• Scope: Full-time, 100%
• Duration: Consulting assignment via Manpower, starting as soon as possible and lasting for about 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Placement: Gävle
