Job Description

The authority is increasingly working with guidance where we help organizations comply with data protection regulations. The client's website is our primary external communication channel, and we use the CMS tool Optimizely. The demand for target group-adapted web content is high. We are now looking for a communicator who can support us in our work to write and publish on our website. If time allows, we also see a need for support in writing and publishing on our intranet. The communicator will be placed in the communications unit and work closely with other communicators, as well as other employees at the authority.

The following tasks may occur in this position;

• internal and external communication work at a strategic and operational level
• plan, implement, and evaluate communication efforts
• market research and environmental analysis
• design informational materials
• advising colleagues on communication issues
• brand work
• updating information on external and internal websites
• working with digital channels and social media.

Who are you?

The offered consultant must meet the following competence requirements;

• university education, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar work. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as a communicator
• good knowledge of digital communication
• good skills in MS Office
• very good knowledge of the web publishing tool Optimizely (formerly Episerver)
• very good skills in expressing oneself in Swedish in speech and writing
• good knowledge of plain language, i.e., language that is refined, simple, and understandable – and above all adapted to the needs of the recipients
• knowledge of accessibility adaptation of websites

The communicator's personal qualities are important for the role. The candidate needs to be:

• structured

You are offered

A consulting assignment with our client in Stockholm full-time 100%. The assignment is expected to tentatively start on 2025-04-22 or as soon as possible and last for 6 months.
