About Pellet Plants 2 and 3 in Kiruna

At our pellet plants 2 and 3 (KK2/KK3), we aim to produce 8.7 million tons of finished pellets by 2025, delivered to our customers worldwide. Here, the pace can sometimes be high, but we develop, learn, and solve problems together across multiple professions.

Your Role

We are looking for a dedicated planner in electrical and automation. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and preparing maintenance work to ensure reliable and effective automation solutions safely. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to ensuring that our facilities in the technical area operate reliably and are optimized for maximum availability. Your ability to collaborate and communicate is important, as you will work closely with both colleagues and suppliers. You will lead internal and external resources, ensure smooth maintenance efforts, and contribute to a structured long-term maintenance approach safely.

You will work in a team of two planners but will also closely collaborate with our maintenance engineers and automation technicians.

Your daily tasks as an Electrical/Automation Planner at KK2/KK3 include:

• Managing and planning incoming fault reports in the technical area.
• Ordering materials and, to some extent, drawing documentation, as well as coordinating maintenance efforts.
• Being a contact for contracts with external parties and following up to ensure that permit checks according to round lists are performed, updating facility registers and spare parts lists in our business system.
• Supporting the workplace as a mentor in certain issues and providing work guidance as needed.

You are an engaged and responsible person with the ability to prioritize and delegate work. You enjoy working in a structured manner, have good collaboration skills, and are eager to take initiative. In your work, you see the big picture and work independently with an analytical mindset. You are humble, good at building relationships, and want to contribute to both your own and the organization's development.

Practical work experience in the electrical engineering field is a valuable asset in this role. It is advantageous if you have experience in areas such as instrumentation, control systems, switchgear, drive systems, electrical installations, and facility knowledge. Your technical competence helps you quickly understand our systems and contribute to operational reliability.

For the position, the following is required:

• Approved high school grades in electrical engineering.
• Driving license B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
