At Dansfabriken, we are passionate about dance. Dancing to express emotions, dancing for the sake of good exercise, dancing to feel a sense of community, and dancing because it is so incredibly fun!

We offer around 70 courses in Jazz Dance, Children's Dance, Street Jazz, Commercial, Contemporary, Ballet, Street Dance, Acrobatics, Dance Mix, Disco Dance, Musical, Pilates, etc. We also have several dance lines where participants dance 2-3 times a week. We have courses for children, teenagers, adults, and seniors. We invest a lot in our dance shows at the end of the terms and organize camps and workshops on weekends and school breaks. We also have several collaborations with schools that have dance as a profile. In the fall of 2025, we will start a competitive program in various dance styles.

We are located in our own premises in Junexhuset in Huskvarna with three dance studios equipped with mirrored walls and dance mats. For the Acrobatics courses, we use air tracks and other gymnastics equipment.

Dansfabriken is owned and operated by Emma Green. Together with around 15 part-time dance leaders and teachers and four full-time dance teachers, the vision is to create a place where everyone feels WELCOME, regardless of their dance level or goals.

For the autumn term of 2025, we are looking for an additional two to four dance educators/dance leaders/gymnastics instructors.

The classes we are primarily looking for staff for are Children's Dance (ages 3-5), Jazz Dance, Street Dance, Street Jazz, and Dance Mix (ages 6-12), Jazz Dance and Street Jazz (ages 10-16) for our Dance Lines, as well as Acrobatics (gymnastics basics and partner acrobatics) for children and teenagers. However, other dance styles and age groups may also be relevant.

We are looking for 1-2 dance educators/dance teachers or dancers (education required) or you who have extensive experience in dance teaching.

We are also looking for 2-3 young people/young adults who want to work as dance leaders. You are currently enrolled or may have completed a dance program in high school or similar and want to combine your dance studies with a fun part-time job. As a dance leader at Dansfabriken, you will receive guidance from us.

For the Acrobatics courses, we are looking for someone with good knowledge of gymnastics/acrobatics and teaching experience.

Regardless of the type of position you are applying for, a genuine interest in teaching dance and conveying the joy of dance to participants is essential. You are positive and have the ability to see all individuals and understand that everyone learns in different ways. You can collaborate and take responsibility.

Working hours are in the afternoons/evenings. There may also be opportunities to expand with dance classes during the day and other practical tasks during the day.
