About the role:

As a service technician at Gunnars Maskiner, you will play a central and crucial role in their service and maintenance team. You will be responsible for the repair, service, and maintenance of our customers' agricultural machines, including tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural equipment. Your work will involve a range of tasks, from troubleshooting and diagnostics to repair and preventive maintenance.

You will work both in their well-equipped workshop and directly at customers' locations, providing a great variety of tasks and the opportunity to build strong relationships with their customers. By closely collaborating with farmers and understanding their needs, you contribute to optimizing their operations and ensuring that their machines are always in top condition.

Experience and personal qualities:

To thrive in this role, we prefer that you have experience as a mechanic in the agricultural, construction, or industrial sectors. You have good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics, and you are accustomed to working with heavy machinery. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and have a strong focus on quality.

Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required, as communication with customers and colleagues is an important part of the job.

Qualifications:

• Experience in repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery or similar heavy machinery
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electronics
• High school diploma or technical education, or equivalent experience
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery
