You will be part of System Development, which currently consists of 13 people. This includes functions such as software development, mechanical design, electrical design, and service/support. In total, we are over 35 people at the headquarters in Gothenburg. Our products are sold worldwide, which often involves a number of trips each year. Our products are sold to industries in steel, building materials, and wood handling.

The main tasks are to participate in the development of LIMAB's systems regarding mechanical design. A large part of the work also involves creating production drawings and managing product structures. As a mechanical designer, you will also be involved in the sales process as drawings, cost estimates, and new solutions are an important part of our offers to customers. Practical work is also part of the job during prototype construction.

You are a civil or university engineer with a few years of experience. Experience in the field of measurement technology is a significant advantage. Knowledge of welded constructions, thermal material properties, strength, and series production is meritorious. We work in SolidWorks, which is a great advantage if you have experience with it. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
