Job Description

As a maintenance technician, you will work to ensure the availability of Paroc's production facilities and conveyor equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance in both the mechanical and technical areas. Your work will involve troubleshooting, replacing worn parts, mechanical and technical repairs, and renovations. Since all maintenance work is based on work orders, writing reports after completed work and working in the SAP system will also be part of your responsibilities.

You will work at Paroc's facility in Hällekis in a team with various competencies within maintenance work. You will become a member of an organization driven to perform its best in all situations. The department strives for a good community while always keeping the customer in focus and driving changes and improvements to achieve better results. The position offers a varied daily routine with responsible work, both independently and in a group, as well as good opportunities for personal development.

The working hours are shift-based.

Qualifications

Paroc is looking for someone with a vocational technical education at least at the high school level and experience in maintenance technical work within mechanical repairs or maintenance service. If you have a technical interest and have done a lot of mechanical work in other ways at work or privately, that is also of interest. Knowledge of electrical engineering is highly meritorious. You have good computer skills and can communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and self-driven, with a good sense of order and cleanliness, 5S. To thrive in the role, you should see problem-solving as an enjoyable challenge and have the ability to see and understand the helicopter perspective regarding maintenance. Furthermore, you are flexible and have an easy time collaborating and communicating with the different functions in the factory. Of course, you also work in a safety-conscious manner; safety comes first!
