Bygg-Göta is looking for a handy and solution-oriented property caretaker. The properties mainly consist of residential units, but also commercial premises, primarily located in central Gothenburg.

About the role

As a property caretaker, you play a central role in ensuring that the properties always maintain a high standard – clean, neat, and safe. The work involves both daily supervision and minor repairs, with tenants always in focus.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling service requests and maintenance reports.
• Planning and executing daily tasks.
• Minor repairs, such as replacing electrical outlets and faucet seals.
• Contact with tenants, suppliers, and contractors.

You work independently and are part of an experienced team with a property manager and three other caretakers. Together, you are responsible for different parts of the property portfolio. There are a total of 15 property caretakers in the company.

About you

You are service-oriented and proactive with the ability to see what needs to be done and take action. Structured and solution-oriented, with a holistic view and a desire to contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment. You have experience in property management or other practical work with similar responsibilities.

There is great personal responsibility, but also support from engaged colleagues and an accessible manager. You will start with us at Bygg-Göta by agreement, and the position is full-time.
