Your Role

As a coffee technician, you will be an important part of the service team in the coffee department. Your primary goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their coffee machines and the service they receive. The work is dynamic and varied; your day is planned based on incoming cases and bookings, giving you great freedom to work independently. The position also involves close collaboration with customers and colleagues. Since you will largely be working on-site at our corporate customers in Gothenburg and surrounding areas, a fair amount of driving is also included in the job.

Your tasks will include:

• Repair and service of coffee machines, on-site at customers and in our workshop.
• Quality assurance of coffee machines and adjustment of flavor settings.
• Delivery and installation of machines at new and existing customers.

Your Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you are of course a "coffee lover", have previous experience in service work, and an interest in technical solutions. We are looking for someone who is proactive and positive, enjoys solving problems, and is flexible.

The job requires that you have:

• A driver's license and good driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A good physical condition.
• Basic computer skills.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The position is full-time (Monday to Friday, daytime) and start date is according to agreement. You will be based at our modern headquarters in Hisingen, which will be completely renovated by summer.
