Your role with us:

As a property caretaker, you will have a responsible and varied role. Since we, as a company, also have external properties, this means that you provide service to our tenants, both companies and private individuals, in various areas.

The work involves performing inspections, maintenance, assessing risks in operations, reporting and addressing damages and deviations, as well as conducting improvement work. You will also be responsible for receiving fault reports and maintaining contact with customers, tenants, and external companies.

Property maintenance includes preventive maintenance, snow removal, gardening, vehicle maintenance, as well as tool and machine maintenance. Operation of ventilation, district heating, and heat pumps is also part of the job. Additionally, it includes minor plumbing work.

Who are you?

It is important that you have experience in property maintenance. You should have a B driver's license, and a forklift license is an advantage. We are looking for someone who is self-driven and takes initiative. You should be social and a problem solver. Customer focus is central, so we need someone who prioritizes customers and tenants. Additionally, you should be handy.
