As a carpenter, you will be an important part of our operations within Community Development, where you will work together with a wonderful team consisting of a property manager, property administrator, four property caretakers, and another carpenter.

Your tasks

In the role of carpenter, you will:

• Maintain and repair the municipality's properties, such as schools, nursing homes, and other operational premises.
• Perform both planned and emergency maintenance of buildings.
• Work on everything from minor carpentry tasks to larger renovations.
• Have a varied workday with both independent and team-based tasks.
• Support as a property caretaker.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained carpenter with a professional certificate.
• Has a practical and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Enjoys working both independently and in a group.
• Is service-oriented and wants to contribute to a sustainable and pleasant municipality.
• Has a B driver's license, as work may take place in various locations within the municipality.
