About the Position
You will be offered an independent and qualified position in a successful company with strong brands. In this role, you will have an exciting job where you work with sales while utilizing your knowledge and experience from the healthcare sector.
As a Sales Representative/Trainer at Etac, you will work independently to engage existing and potential customers within the healthcare sector. You will schedule your own meetings and sell, among other things, Etac's well-known products in manual wheelchairs, hygiene, and seating.
The customers are mainly assistive device centers and occupational therapists, as well as other customers who prescribe/purchase assistive devices. You will book and conduct customer visits and promote Etac's products through product demonstrations and training sessions, customer meetings, etc. You will actively work to identify needs and create long-term relationships where you teach what Etac's products can do for users and the benefits of these.
Your district includes Stockholm, Gotland, Östergötland, Södermanland, Västmanland, Dalarna, Gävleborg, and Uppsala County. You will work from your home office or from Etac's office in Kista.
You will spend most of your days out with our customers. Some overnight stays are included in the position.
You will report to the Sales Manager.
Who Are You?
To succeed in this role, you have an educational background as a physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
We prefer that you have a few years of work experience in the field, or experience as a product specialist in the medical technology industry or as an assistive device consultant.
Since a large part of the job involves arranging and conducting product training with our customers, it is an advantage if you possess good pedagogical skills and have experience in mentoring, training, demonstrating, and presenting.
If you have any form of sales experience, it is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you, as a person, have the following qualities:
- Engaged, driven, and goal-oriented, with high ambitions and a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your own work
- Responsive, trustworthy, and enjoy meeting new people
- Robust and able to create good relationships, becoming a natural partner in collaboration
- Willingness and ability to travel for work
A driver's license is required for the position, and Etac provides a work vehicle. You will belong to Etac's offices in Eslöv and Stockholm, where you will have access to a workplace and space to store your demo collection.
