About the position
We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants a meaningful job where you help our client live an independent and active life. We are looking for 2-3 personal assistants who want to work 30-60% with our client who lives between Jönköping and Gränna. We are also looking for those who want to work as substitutes when needed.
The working hours are as follows:
- 08:00 AM - 01:00 PM
- 06:30 PM - 10:30 PM
These hours apply to both weekdays and weekends.
Start date is according to agreement, but we would like you to start training as soon as possible!
About the client
As a personal assistant, you will help our client with her daily life and ensure she receives the support she needs. The client is a woman in her 50s who needs assistance in her daily life due to progressive muscular dystrophy, which means gradual muscle weakening. She has several interests, including cooking, baking, exercising, and gardening.
The tasks are as follows:
- Assist with daily routines, such as household chores
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Assist with exercise and transfers; manual lifting may occur
- Handle aids such as standing lifts, electric wheelchairs, and manual wheelchairs

Requirements:
- Fluent Swedish skills in speech and writing
Merits:
- Driver's license and access to a car - this is not a requirement as there are good bus connections
Employment rate: 2-3 positions 30-60% and substitutes as needed
Start date: Interviews are ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
