You will be part of an assistant group that works to provide our client with the best possible assistance. The client is a 25-year-old man who lives in his own apartment and leads an active and social life. The man works as a youth leader in the church where you, as an assistant, will be present during his working hours, and we see it as a positive if you share the man's Christian worldview.

The man communicates with the help of picture support (Bliss), and it is therefore important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. In addition, we are looking for someone who is a mature, responsible, cheerful, and positive person. You are creative with a desire to come up with activities while also being structured, as structure is important in this role.

Novum is a nationwide assistance provider that operates based on a Christian value foundation, with the ambition to make a difference for the individual, the industry, and society. Ongoing selection is made, so the position may be filled before the application deadline.

In this role, we require that you:

• Fluently master the Swedish language in both speech and writing

• Have a driver's license

About the employment

This is a position that includes both summer temporary work and need-based temporary work, where we see that you can step in and work as needed over a longer period. It may also be possible to have certain fixed hours.

The working hours are scheduled for day shifts.

We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
