We are looking for a Warehouse Strategist

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to develop and implement effective warehouse strategies, as well as several years of experience in warehouse management. You are analytical, skilled in data analysis, and have good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, particularly Excel. Your strong communication and collaboration skills make you thrive in cross-border work.

About the role

You will work in a dedicated team consisting of workshop staff, technical support, and the planning department. The team values collaboration and communication to ensure effective processes and high-quality work.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to optimize handling and storage
• Monitor and analyze warehouse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Work with warehouse management systems for accurate recording and tracking of inventory
• Coordinate with technical support and the planning department to meet business needs
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Develop and maintain documentation for warehouse management and processes
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights to improve workflows

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with documented experience in developing and implementing effective warehouse strategies. Furthermore, you have several years of experience in warehouse management or warehouse strategy.

As a person, you have a strong analytical ability and experience in data analysis, as well as good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, particularly Excel. You communicate and collaborate well across borders.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
