ValueOne is looking for a Material Planner for a longer consulting assignment at a manufacturing company in Östergötland. The assignment will be filled shortly and runs for twelve months.

As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for the operational production planning of production resources for both new manufacturing and service. In collaboration with your manager and colleagues, you will actively work to ensure smooth material flows and identify any deficiencies.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that production starts on time.
• Manage and optimize material flows.
• Identify and communicate material shortages to internal suppliers.
• Collaborate to find solutions or reschedule production as needed.
• Update customers on delivery forecasts and manage changes in their needs.
• The work is done in the production planning system SAP.

We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry who enjoys working independently and driving processes forward. Experience from the manufacturing industry is a requirement. Post-secondary education in logistics is an advantage. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with SAP or a similar production planning system is an advantage.
