Conference Staff Wanted

About the Role

As conference staff, you will provide high-quality service characterized by warm and personal hospitality. In your role, you will work on planning and preparing for meetings and conferences, as well as preparing food and beverages for our conference guests. Our focus is to ensure that our conference guests can have the most efficient meeting possible. Our guests hold meetings ranging from internal conferences to customer events.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Active service interaction with guests in the premises (creating comfort, logistics, clarity)
  • Setting up food and beverages for conference guests
  • Planning and preparing the venues for meetings and conferences
  • Service in conference rooms including technical equipment
  • Bookings and upselling

The position is a permanent part-time employment (50%) with an initial probationary period of 6 months. You will be placed at our client's location in the city. Working hours may vary based on conference needs and will primarily be scheduled on weekdays between 07:00-18:00, with some evening and weekend work also possible.

Our Candidate

To succeed in this role, we see that you have previous experience in service work. You have a strong interest in people, enjoy providing the best possible service, and have an interest in technology. Previous experience in the conference industry or similar service roles is a plus.

You are a confident person who dares to trust your own ability to take responsibility. We are looking for someone with a natural sense of service, who is outgoing and professional.
