We are currently looking for skilled customs administrators to meet upcoming needs for our clients in Gothenburg. We are looking for someone who is proficient in customs administration and enjoys combining accuracy with top-notch service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Process import and export declarations according to applicable customs regulations
• Handle transit procedures and related documentation
• Support freight forwarders and other partners in customs-related matters
• Conduct thorough document checks to ensure correct information
• Administer customs warehouses and ensure that all processes comply with applicable legislation
• Continuously improve and develop customs administrative processes.

If hired, you will initially be employed as a consultant through Posti. The assignment is ongoing, and in the long term, there is the possibility to transition to our partner, provided everything goes well.

Start: By agreement
Scope: Full-time, Mon-Fri
Location: Gothenburg

Your Profile

To be considered for the position, you have:

• Experience in customs administration and enjoy working in a structured and responsible manner.
• A good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and always ensure that everything is managed according to applicable regulations and timelines.
• Good computer skills (Office suite and business systems)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• A degree in customs or logistics is an advantage.
