Scope:

Part-time as needed and summer, onsite

Location:

Gothenburg

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounting entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Maintain a cash flow forecast and plan for short-term loans to meet business needs.
• Track and manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Support colleagues in finance and administration with the preparation of financial reports and audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and records.
• Handle other administrative and ad hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferably in the second semester).
• Good command of English and Swedish
• Experience with accounting software (Navision) and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-driven work approach.
