For our client Axxima Ekonomi AB, which is in an expansive phase, we are looking for a driven and skilled accounting economist/consultant who also has good experience in year-end closing and preferably auditing. The position is permanent and can be filled immediately. The location is at Axxima's pleasant office in Gothenburg/Sisjön.

Main responsibilities as an Accounting Consultant:

As an accounting consultant at Axxima, you will have a responsible role and work both independently and in teams. You will have significant customer responsibility, and sometimes you will work on-site with clients, collaborating with various specialists, while on other days you will work at the office or be connected from home. In this role, you will have great freedom under responsibility to develop cooperation with both new and existing clients. The right person will also have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role and contribute to the company's overall development and operations. You will report to the management and will work with:

• Year-end closing
• Annual reports
• Income tax returns
• Salaries and contracts
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Advisory services

As an Accounting Consultant, it is important that you are driven and confident in your role. You are unpretentious and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with all types of clients, colleagues, and personalities. You are eager to share your knowledge, and with your integrity, you always come across as credible and reliable. You have a knack for seeing the big picture and connections, and together with your competence and experience, you can quickly understand various types of businesses, processes, and accounting systems. You are, of course, meticulous, structured, and used to working both independently and in teams. You are good at prioritizing and can handle stress in a rational manner. As a person, you are socially skilled and can lead others towards clear goals. You have your heart in the right place and believe it is important to have fun at work.

Your qualifications:

• We expect you to have a relevant education in business economics, commerce, and administration. An academic background is advantageous but not a requirement.
• You have worked for a few years with corresponding tasks as an accounting consultant or auditor assistant, where you have gained experience in year-end closing, annual reports, and income tax returns as well as salaries. It is an advantage if you are also an authorized accounting consultant and have worked with auditing.
• We expect you to have experience working with various business, accounting, and payroll systems, but if you know the business system Fortnox, that is highly advantageous!
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is important.
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
