We are now looking for a new chef for our nursing home Duvan in Linköping!

Where you will work Our newly established nursing home Duvan is located in central Linköping. We are a large facility with 94 apartments spread over four floors. There are 48 apartments focused on somatic care and 46 apartments designated for individuals with dementia diagnoses.

Job description

We are currently looking for a full-time colleague for a permanent position with a probationary period.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have at least a high school culinary education or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Experience and familiarity with both cold and hot kitchens.
• Documented training in safe food hygiene and handling.
• Ability to create menu planning and guide colleagues in meal work and safe food handling.
• Experience in budgeting for purchases in connection with menu planning is an advantage.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience with special diets, meals for the elderly, and knowledge of texture-adapted diets.
