Linds Bakery is looking for a friendly and ambitious employee for our unit in Galleria Kvarnen at Jerikodalstorget in Mjölby.

Linds Bakery is Östergötland's leading bakery and pastry company with operations in Linköping, Mjölby, Motala, Finspång, Tranås, and Åtvidaberg.

Linds Mjölby is a classic pastry shop with a retail section and a dining area, also featuring outdoor seating during the summer. The assortment consists of bread, pastries, cakes, and sandwich cakes from our bakery, and we prepare simpler dishes and sandwiches on-site.

The position is available immediately or by agreement, but we would like you to start working according to the schedule by the end of April at the latest.

The working hours are 75%, with work 4-6 days a week including every other weekend. On working days, the hours may be scheduled either from 6:30 AM or until 6:30 PM. We operate on a rolling schedule to ensure fairness in working hours for all employees.

There is an opportunity for additional work in case of illnesses, vacations, or other absences, and if there is interest and availability, also in other units within the company in similar situations.

The job involves not only cashier work in our store and serving but also some work in the cold kitchen, including sandwich production and preparation of lighter dishes. You will also be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning to ensure that both our production and sales & serving areas are always clean and fresh.

To fit this position, we believe you are an open and cheerful person who is passionate about service. You should not be afraid to pitch in when needed and be able to handle stressful peak times. It is also important that you maintain good order and cleanliness, and that you are a team player who can easily collaborate and get along with your future colleagues.

If you are applying for the position, having a couple of years of experience in similar work is advantageous, and being able to provide references is a plus.

Our company is a member of Visita, and the salary is according to the collective agreement with Hrf.
