ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a part-time basis for our client. The assignment starts immediately and will last throughout your study period. You will work approximately 10-12 hours a week during weekday evenings and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will be in contact with private customers over the phone, primarily dealing with customers who are late with payments. The work will mainly focus on pre-collection and collection. You will, among other things:

  • Handle cases from private customers mainly via outgoing calls
  • Assist customers with questions regarding loans, late payments, payment plans
  • Find the right payment solutions together with the customer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Is studying at a post-secondary level with at least 1.5 years left of your studies
  • Has work experience in service
  • Has worked with the phone as your primary working tool
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work

It is a merit if you:

  • Have work experience in customer service
  • Have work experience in banking

Additional Information

  • Start: Immediate
  • Scope: Part-time, approx. 10-12 hours a week
  • Working hours: Weekday evenings 4 PM - 8 PM and weekends 10 AM - 3 PM
  • Assignment: Long-term during your study period
  • Location: Södermalm
  • Background check: We will conduct a credit check prior to potential employment.
