Watersheds is an entrepreneur-driven recruitment company that aims to pave its own way to create better recruitments and find the best candidates for its clients. With professional recruitment and innovative and playful marketing strategies, you will become an important part of making the work more engaging and effective.

We offer Internship/LIA/APL (with commission and/or sales competitions) in sales for highly ambitious individuals studying a relevant field. Our ambition is to offer part-time or full-time employment after the internship period. Tools We use iPhone and MacBook Air and work in Callmaker, Zoho, Drive, Metricool, Vidyard, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest. We also purchase services from platforms like Fiverr. We are currently transitioning our work to Hubspot, and you will be a significant part of that transfer.

1) Internship as Sales Leader: We are looking for 1-2 individuals who want to lead, develop, and analyze the sales department (with our guidance, of course) consisting of a team of younger talents. Our ambition is to alternate cold calls with creative approaches and preferably automation. You will be an important part of our growth and expansion of our sales department and will work closely with a creative marketing department and the owner to create exciting and developing business opportunities. We want to choose paths in tone, communication, and marketing that facilitate the sale of our recruitment services.

You will actively work with sales and customer engagement through cold calls, email campaigns, customer visits, and analyze other marketing strategies and ways to contact and build our customer portfolio. An important part of the job is to develop our moving (video) communication with potential customers, and your input will be of utmost importance. You will be compensated for your efforts through participation in sales competitions and/or commission.

Your profile First and foremost driven, efficient, fearless, positive, mentally strong, patient, respectful, and linguistically well-developed. Studies from post-secondary education are advantageous.

You will have good support from us but must be a structured and engaged doer with curiosity and entrepreneurial understanding. This means you do not wait for someone to give you a task or solve the problem for you. We are looking for an intern who wants to continue being employed, continue developing the work of our previous colleagues and the company's vision. You need to be able to express yourself well and be a bit of a "language police" for the Swedish language, as structure and ease of finding/understanding are important for a small company. You will arrive on time and maintain a good balance between focused work and freshness. We believe that internships should be a win-win.

2) Internship as Salesperson: We are looking for someone driven by selling in a respectful way, building relationships, and interested in behavior, psychology, influence, business economics, and who has a natural competitive instinct. Selling recruitment services is a challenge. Our ambition is to alternate cold calls with creative approaches and preferably automation. You will be an important part of our growth. You will be compensated for your efforts through participation in sales competitions and/or commission.

You will actively work with sales and customer engagement through cold calls via a dialer (the majority), prospecting, email campaigns, social selling, setting up smart automations, and analyzing other marketing strategies and ways to contact and build our customer portfolio. We alternate selling with Watersheds Academy, which consists of business economics, sales development coaching, marketing, and other knowledge-enhancing skills.
